ONSETS NG HEADACHE

• EPISODIC: MIGRAINE OR TENSION H.

• NEW/SEVERE PROGRESSION: TUMORS & MASS

HEADACHE LOCATIONS (UTR)

• Unilateral - migraine and cluster headache

• Temporal area - tension headache

• Retroorbital  - cluster

Presyncope (NEAR FAINT)

Feeling of faintness and impending loss of consciousness sometimes referred to as “near faint”.

CUSHING’S SWELLING SITES

• Upper Left - cushing’s, lobo yung mukha

• Upper Right - endocrine disorder : severe hypothyroid : myxedema coma

• Lower middle - Nephrotic syndrome
