What is the difference between the cost of a week’s worth of groceries for a family in Germany and a week’s worth of groceries for a family in Bhutan?  Why is there such a big difference?

In Germany, the cost would be a lot higher than it would be in Bhutan. This is because Germany is a well developed country with a much higher living cost than Bhutan. Bhutan relies on seasonal foods too, while Germany imports items which cost more. Germany also has a lot more packaged/processed food and Germany has a wider variety of products.
