What is an aerobic exercise?
An activity that uses oxygen to keep your body moving for a long period of time. It usually involves, steady moderate effort, that causes your heart and lungs to work harder

How is soccer an example of aerobic?
It’s a sport that requires a lot of running across the field for a majority of the game, which requires constant oxygen. This causes your heart rate to increase to send more oxygen to your muscles so you can keep going
How is swimming an example of aerobic?
This activity requires you to breathe in rhythm while you move through the water, which causes you to build more endurance because it causes your heart and lungs to supply more oxygen the entire time
How is cycling an example of aerobic?
It involves pedaling a steady pace that uses oxygen by making your heart pump harder to keep that energy flowing to your leg muscles for that you can bike for a long period of time
What is a stoppage?
When the referee stops the game for various reasons, like when the ball goes out of bounds, a foul happens, or a player is injuried

Throw in, goal kick, penalty kick, and drop ball
What is a throw in?
It happens when the ball went out of bounds, and the team that didn’t touch it last throws it back in, and gets the ball

It means when the the opposing teams scores, and the defending team kicks the ball from the goal area
What is a penalty kick?
It’s given when a foul happens, and the fouled team is awarded a shot from the penalty spot
What is a drop ball?
It occurs when the play is stopped not caused by a foul, like an injury, and the referee drops the ball, leading for the players fighting for possession of it
