d. Letter of Admonishment (LOA)- Used to document a first offense or address behavior not corrected through counseling (Not as common,)

e. Letter of Reprimand (LOR)- Used when other, less severe methods failed to correct behavior

a. Nondirective- leader listens before giving advice or guiding the Airmen or Guardian to make a decision

i. There are two sides of a story so listen first. They make the decision, you give advice/resource

b. Directive- Leader directs a course of action for the Airman or Guardian

i. You already set standards/expectations that they still fail to meet. So you’re now give them direct orders to follow.

c. Combined- Leader uses a combination of the two while encouraging the Airman or Guardian to decide which solution is best

i. A bit vague. You listen first then decide to give orders. Can be used for either good(helping) or bad(disciplining).

ii. Ex. You sit them down and listen to them (Nondirective), but their excuses are not valid, so you give them orders (Directive).
