Prayer

Adoration

Contrition

Thanksgiving

Vocal Prayer
A method of prayer using words, engaging the body in expressing inner thoughts to God.
Mental Prayer
A method of prayer engaging thoughts, imagination, emotions, and desires focus on God.
Contemplation
A form of meditative prayer that involves listening to God, often wordlessly.
