Attack position
Stand on the balls of your feet, knees bent, elbows up and out, back straight, head up looking ahead, weight centered over the bike.
Foot and elbow positioning
Feet on the pegs with balls of feet, elbows high and pointed outward.
Control at low speeds
Control speed and balance through smooth clutch feathering and light throttle while standing.
Basic cornering entry technique
Outside elbow up, outside foot weighted on peg, look through the turn early, lean bike with body.
Proper braking technique
Use mostly front brake (70-80%), light rear to settle bike, and progressively squeeze the brake.
Key rule for beginners on whoops
Stand up, keep weight back, and maintain a light grip to let the bike move underneath.
