Runway End Identifier Lights: synced flashing white lights at bottom corner

describe runway edge lights (color, shape/where)
white, but on instrument runways they turn yellow at halfway or last 2,000 ft, whichever is less. also, “HIRL, MIRL, LIRL,” refer to these edge lights.
describe centerline lights (color, shape/where)
white up to last 3,000 ft. white/red alternating for 2,000 ft, then all red for last 1,000 ft.
describe threshold lights (color, shape/where)
green row on each side. they mark the declared/landable distance.
