Natural Law
The essence or nature of what something is

Meaning of “natural”
To fulfill the action God intended you to do (Same thing as natural law)
Positive Precept
What natural law requires you to do (DO this)
Negative Precept
What natural law demands not to do (DON'T do this)

Unchangeable by nature cannot be altered

What the government/law enforces us to do, derived from natural law (The actual law we follow in real life)

A judgment of reason.

Erroneous/Correct (What is ACTUALLY right by the church)

Certain/Doubtful (What YOU BELIEVE is right or wrong)
Inviolability
Conscience is violated when forcing them to go against their conscience

An offense against God, against right conscience. A failure in genuine love for God
Malice
Desire to do something evil or to hurt somebody
"Unforgivable Sin"
Sin against the Holy Spirit, refusing to accept Gods forgiveness and refusing to repent
Selfishness
Seeking personal advantage without regard to others
Idolatry
To make a person or thing more important than God
Mortal Sin
Serious and deadly sin that breaks our relationship with God (Can fix relationship with God through contrition)
Venial Sin
Slight sin that hurts our relationship with God but doesn't end it
Temptation
Something we desire but have to sin in order to obtain (Temptation is not a sin, you are demanded to resist it)

Acts of the Penitent (Contrition, Confession, Satisfaction)
