• its our most basic calling

  • to be fruitful, increase in number, fill the earth and subdue it, and rule over everything

  • it charges us to take care of what we’ve been given and help it thrive/flourish/turn it into something better

• it relates because we go from the post garden of eden (shit gets hard and its a struggle to even live) to the new Jerusalem (a city where we made things a lot easier on us and eventually god will come back to us and join us)
