Sleep terror

They cannot cure it, but it can increase alertness to avoid the sudden falling asleep.

High blood pressure, heart problems, and death
What are the negative effects of Insomnia?
High distress, impaired daytime functioning, fatigue-related accidents, and more sick leave.
What are the causes for Transient Insomnia?
Jet lag, emotional high/low, or injury/illness that affected sleep.
