An economic system where organizations deliver value through the successful completion of projects and turning ideas into reality.
VUCA Model
A framework describing the unpredictable, fast-changing nature of the modern world, characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
Triple Constraints
The three fundamental limitations in project management: scope, cost, and time, which affect each other during the project.
CILOs
Course Intended Learning Outcomes that describe what students should understand and be able to do by the end of a course.
Project Life Cycle
The series of phases that a project goes through from its initiation to completion.
Project Management Documents
Formal records created throughout the project lifecycle to assist in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing a project.
Essential Project Management Skills
Core technical, interpersonal, and leadership abilities required to successfully complete projects within the agreed scope, cost, and quality.
Stakeholders
Individuals or groups who have an interest or investment in the outcome of a project.
Project Team
A group of individuals assembled to work collaboratively on a specific project within a set timeframe and budget.
