red arrow is a ghost image of R earring, blue arrow is a ghost image of the L earring

dental structures are also overlapping → head is bent backwards

this is pointing to chewing gum, but how can we make sure that this is not something pathological or that it is not a ghost image

• if you follow the line of the structure, it goes outside of the coronoid process so it is not even contained in the bone so we rule out pathological

• the object is blurry but it is not horizontally streaking so it is not a ghost image
