(Rhythm) with a First-Degree Heart Block
D/C meds that prolong PR interval such as beta blockers or calcium channel blockers, fall precautions
Atrial Fibrillation
Electro cardioversion, catheter ablation, anticoagulants
Atrial Flutter
Monitor for hemodynamic stability, anticoagulants
*Make sure to identify the ratio of the flutter
Ventricular Tachycardia
Check pulse
If pulse: Amiodarone, synchronized cardioversion, oxygen
If no pulse: CPR, maintain airway, epinephrine, defibrillate
Ventricular Fibrillation
Check pulse: CPR, maintain airway, epinephrine, defibrillate
