Main Ethics Application Form Contents
People involved, rationale/goal, sample, method of acquiring the sample, in- and exclusion criteria, description of the procedures, materials, data handling.
Information Letter Contents
What the study is about, the procedure, expected actions from the participant, a statement that participation is voluntary, risks/benefits, what will happen with personal information, data anonymity, data storage length, approval by a valid authority, and contact information.
Confidentiality
Data should be coded and never be linked directly to information that identifies the person.
