Steward

an entrusted person by another to take care of the latter's possession/s

A good steward has:

accountability, voluntary simplicity, responsible productivity, selective consumerism, consultative leadership

Accountability

liability of all actions

Voluntary simplicity

a philosophy or way of life that rejects materialism in favour of human and spiritual values, and is characterized by minimal consumption, environmental responsibility, and community cooperation

Responsible productivity

supports activities that result in greater productivity and will benefit pro people and pro earth individuals

Selective consumerism

rejects products and things that oppress and violate the land and its people

Consultative leadership

includes team members in the decision making process by seeking their input and opinions to make better choices
