What is Psychology?
The systematic study of thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
What are thoughts?
Thoughts are words, visualisation, sounds or shapes
What are feelings?
Feelings cannot be seen from the eye because they are what is going on through your body. (Ex. Sadness, anxiety, anger, fear)
What are behaviours?
Behaviours are what you are able to see on the outside. (Ex. raising your arm, blinking a lot are behaviours)
B/U? On a dinner date, a scientist tells his date about a patient he has. He says his name, calls him rowdy and irritative.

B/U? A scientist is ever so happy that her experiment is going well and she is getting a lot of good results and numbers. Suddenly, the patient has an anxiety attack and wishes to withdraw. She is upset, doesn’t show it and just says thank you for your time. The patient is then let go AND all the information is deleted.
