Transducer Bridge Amplifier
A circuit used to amplify the small voltage differences produced by transducers, often arranged in a Wheatstone bridge configuration.
VREF
Reference Voltage, used as a stable voltage source for the transducer bridge circuit.
IREF
Reference Current, the current flowing into the bridge circuit.
δ (Delta)
Represents the fractional change in resistance of the transducer element due to the measured parameter.
Instrumentation Amplifier
A type of differential amplifier with high input impedance and high common-mode rejection ratio, used to amplify the differential voltage from the transducer bridge.
Bridge Linearization
Techniques to improve the linearity of the output voltage with respect to the change in resistance (δ) of the transducer element.
