Psychogenic Hypothesis
Symptoms are caused by psychological processes

Are a class of antidepressant medications that work by increasing the levels of serotonin in the brain
Mood Stabilizer
Psychiatric medication that treat mood disorders characterized by intense and sustained mood shifts, such as bipolar disorder and the bipolar type of schizoaffective disorder
Anxiolytic
Medications that reduce anxiety and related symptoms, such as nervousness, agitation, and fear
Beta Blockers
A class of medications that block the effects of the hormones adrenaline (epinephrine) and noradrenaline (norepinephrine)
Benzodiazepine
Are a class of drugs known for their sedative, hypnotic, anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), anticonvulsant, and muscle relaxant properties
