Process for Booking an Event

We have a first-come-first-serve policy date availability for events. After you sign your contract and pay your space reservation fee, your wedding date is locked-in. After you book, you’ll receive your proprietary Wedgewood Wedding planner. We’ll also set up your planning schedule, which will help everyone stay on the same page about your event.

What We Are Committing to When We Book

You’re committing to the venue, your wedding date, start time, and minimum dollar amount (before administrative fee and tax). You can make changes to your guest count and package details throughout your planning process. Your changes may affect the final price but we’ll explain everything as we go, so you don’t have any surprises.

We work as a team, so you can connect with out event experts throughout your planning journey. Our state-of-the-art technology makes it a breeze for all our team members to help curate your special day. We’re all dedicated to making your wedding awesome!

Alcohol - Bring your Own or Supplied?

ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PROVIDED BY US! We hold the liquor license and are responsible for serving all liquor on the premises. For this reason, we don’t allow any outside alcohol. We include a full stocked bar and bartender with each package, and we have a variety of cash or open bar options that you can add to any package.

Liability Insurance

Wedgewood Weddings & Events carries venue liability insurance.

Space reservation Fee (25%)

You use of the event center will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of the Space reservation Fee. this fee is equivalent to 25% of the total estimated event charges and is calculated at the time of signing.

Guest Count Confirmation

A finalized guest count MUST be confirmed NO LATER then 10 days PRIOR to the event.

Guest Count Reduction

After the FINAL MEETING, the guaranteed guest count cannot be reduced. NO REFUNDS are provided if actual attendance falls below the guaranteed count.

Guest Count Increase

Should the guest count increase AFTER the Final Payment, you must confirm the NEW COUNT in writing and pay additional costs associated with the increase.

Guest Count EXCEEDED

If the day-of-the-event guest count exceeds the guaranteed guest count, you will be charged 1.5 times the per person price for each additional guest. This payment is due prior to the conclusion of the event.

Minimum Charge

The Contract contains a “minimum charge” associated with the date and time you have chosen for your event. The minimum charge applies to the event subtotal - before administrative fee and tax. Photography services CANNOT be applied towards the minimum charge. This minimum charge is applicable to your event, and will be due and owed, regardless of the final guest count or adjustments to services.

Administrative Fee and Taxes

All services are subject to an automatic administrative fee and applicable sales taxes. Gratuities are not included and are voluntary.

Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for all payments outlined in this Contract. you are both jointly and severally accountable for the cost, fees, and payments related tot he event. Payments made on your behalf (for example by family) will be treated like all other payments and will be subject to the polices described.
