Cranium
The part of the skull that encloses the brain.
Frontal bone
The bone that forms the forehead.
Parietal bone
The bones located on the sides and roof of the skull.
Temporal bone
The bone located at the sides and base of the skull, containing structures for hearing.
Occipital bone
The bone that forms the back and base of the skull.
Sphenoid bone
A bone located in the middle of the skull that helps form the eye socket.
Ethmoid bone
A bone that forms part of the nasal cavity and the orbits.
Mandible
The lower jawbone, which is the only movable bone of the skull.
Maxilla
The upper jawbone, which houses the upper teeth.
Zygomatic bone
The bone that forms the cheek.
Vertebral column
The series of vertebrae that make up the backbone.
Atlas
The first cervical vertebra, which supports the skull.
Axis
The second cervical vertebra, which allows the head to pivot.
Cervical Vertebra
The vertebrae in the neck region.
Thoracic Vertebra
The twelve vertebrae of the upper back to which the ribs are attached.
Lumbar Vertebra
The five vertebrae in the lower back.
Sacrum
A large, triangular bone at the base of the spine formed by the fusion of sacral vertebrae.
Coccyx
The small bone at the end of the vertebral column, also known as the tailbone.
Sternum
The flat bone located in the center of the chest, also called the breastbone.
Clavicle
The bone that connects the arm to the body, also known as the collarbone.
Scapula
The shoulder blade, which connects the humerus with the clavicle.
Humerus
The long bone in the upper arm.
Radius
The lateral bone of the forearm, located on the thumb side.
Ulna
The medial bone of the forearm, located on the side opposite the thumb.
Pelvis
The structure formed by the hip bones, sacrum, and coccyx.
Femur
The thigh bone, which is the longest bone in the body.
Tibia
The larger, medial bone of the lower leg.
Fibula
The smaller, lateral bone of the lower leg.

The kneecap.
