This question essentially asks you to describe the process by which acetylcholine diffuses across cleft, binds and causes an influx of calcium ions. The question is more about synaptic transmission rather than muscle contraction.

if the result of the test is higher than 0.05 then the difference isn’t statistically significant and the result is due to chance.
How do you create a 10-3 solution using a 10-1 stock solution and distilled water? (serial dilution)
10-1 has a value of 0.1 (its literally standard form you know this) so the 10-3 solution 0.001 which =1/100. So it needs to be diluted by a factor of 100.
To create a 10-3 solution from a 10-1 stock solution, dilute 1 part of the 10-1 stock solution with 9 parts of distilled water to obtain a 10-2 solution. Then, take 1 part of the 10-2 solution and dilute it with 9 parts of distilled water to achieve the 10-3 solution.
