Where is Namibia and what is it’s geography and climate

It is in the south-west of Africa with south africa bordering it to the south, Botswana to the east and Angola to the north. It is mostly covered by the Namib desert which has many dunes and gravel plains. It is mostly hot and dry with little rain and long periods of drought.

What is the economy in Namibia like

It has a low GDP per capita of $7900 and it’s economy is mostly based on the extraction of minerals like diamond and uranium for export. However only 3% of the population is employed in mining whilst the rest relies on subsistence agriculture (farming to feed yourself and family and not for profit).
