Fungal Infection

Cause: Unknown, genetics, stress, infections, weather
Symptom: Red, raised skin plaques, cracked, intense itch, pain, hair loss, discoloration of nails

Cause: Prolonged pressure suffocates cells

Treatment: pressure cushions, removal of dead tissues, antibiotics
1st Degree Burn
Cause: UV rays, electric shock, chemicals, hot liquids/objects
Symptom: Redness, dry skin, peeling
Treatment: run cold water on it, moisturize, bandage
2nd Degree Burn
Cause: UV radiation, chemicals, electric shock, hot liquids/objects, friction
Symptom: redness, blisters, shiny/moist skin, swelling peeling
Treatment: cool with water, antibiotics, bandages
3rd Degree Burn
Cause: heat, sunburn, chemicals, radiation, dry ice, electricity
Symptom: dry and leathery skin, odd colored skin, swelling, no pain
Treatment: debriding, early cleaning
Basal Cell Carcinoma
Most common and least deadly skin cancer. On skin and neck. Has a pearly/waxy open sore.
Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Found on skin, mouth, digestive tract, and top layer of skin. Slow, but a little more aggressive.
Melanoma
Mole that changes in asymmetry, border, color, size. Deadliest cancer.
