Always be LAW-ABIDING, therefore observing and following the prescribed rules and regulations of the profession and those of other laws which affect directly or indirectly the practice of the profession.

Practice the profession without a valid license/registration from the PRC and without paying the privilege tax to the government agency concerned;

Act in his professional capacity in a firm, partnership, association or corporation which represents itself as a geodetic engineering entity, but actually is not authorized under the law;

Refuse to serve in his professional capacity when required by the State in cases under litigation whether administratively or judicially, or in cases of national emergency;

Give false testimony in administrative or judicial proceedings;
