Major Depressive Disorders

A condition where one must have symptoms like depressed mood or loss of interest lasting more than two weeks, in the absence of drug use or medical conditions.

Depressive Disorders

A group of disorders characterized by enduring sad, empty, or irritable mood, along with physical changes and cognitive functions affecting a person's ability to function.

Bipolar Disorders

Disorders where a person experiences overexcited states of mania and periods of depression.

Mania

An unusually excited and ambitious mood state characterized by dangerous poor judgment, decreased need for sleep, and increased energy.

Rumination

Overthinking problems and their causes.
