Have no Y chromosome but have somehow inherited the SRY gene

Hypospadias

Urethral meatus on the underside of penis instead of at the tip of the glans

Cryptorchidism 

undescended testicle (s)

Inguinal hernia

Inguinal canal fails to completely pinch off, resulting in a persistent tunnel from the abdominal cavity down towards the scrotum

Varicocele

Enlarged, dilated veins in scrotum

Spermatocele

Cyst that forms off of the epididymis

Hydocele

Accumulation of fluid around the testicle

Testicular Torsion

twisting of the spermatic cord, cuts off blood supply to the testicle (this is an emergency!)

Hemorrhoids

dilation of veins in hemorrhoidal plexus (basically varicose veins of the anus)

Anal Fissure

a small tear in the anus due to trauma 

In what three ways do the sperm need to be normal in order to be fertile?

Normal quantity, normal morphology, and normal motility

What are some causes of low sperm count?

High temperatures, marijuana use? and exposure to xenoestrogens
