An unusual sexual desire that plays a central role in a persons life
What is a paraphilia disorder?
Any unusual sexual desire that plays a central role in a persons life and causes that person significant psychological distress, is illegal, or involves a non-consenting person.

Observing an unsuspecting person who is naked, in the process of removing clothes or engaging in sexual activity
