Separation Anxiety Disorder
Anxiety related to the fear that an attachment figure will be in danger; typically lasts at least 4 weeks in children and 6 months in adults.
Selective Mutism
Persistent failure to speak in social contexts despite speaking normally in familial settings, lasting at least 1 month.
Specific Phobia
An excessive fear of a specific object, circumstance, or situation, persisting for 6 months or more with clinically significant distress.
Social Anxiety Disorder
Marked fear of social situations due to the fear of negative evaluation, lasting at least 6 months.
Panic Disorder
Characterized by recurrent, unexpected panic attacks and persistent concern about additional attacks, lasting for at least 1 month.
Agoraphobia
Fear of specific situations due to fear of being unable to escape, lasting at least 6 months.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Excessive anxiety about various aspects of life, with associated symptoms lasting more days than not for at least 6 months.
Panic Attack Symptoms
Includes palpitations, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, derealization, and fear of dying.
