antoniazzi - …but abortion in england and wales still isn’t a legal right
a right to abortion would conflict with international law and complicate domestic law. Including abortion in a bill of human rights is inappropriate and likely to result in extensive litigation to establish the extent of such a right
antoniazzi - but we are focusing on england and wales, and on abortion as a whole rather than specific exception during the pregnancy
205 babies with club foot were aborted in england and wales between 2006 and 2010. club foot is a treatable disability, especially in the early stages and yet there are still so many casualties from careless parents whooping are abusing this flaw in the medical system. i ask you, shoiuld’t we be encouraging parents to give uncondtiontional love and support to their children rather than taking an ‘easy way out’
davis - the change in the bill is not an act of ableism or innate want to encourage a so called ‘easy way out’, there is more we can bring to this argument than just disability, what about rape and incest.
those types of conversations crop up in every single abortion debate, why are we focusing on the minority so closely, lets focus on how people are going to abuse this right and use it for their won gain
Lockhart - the problem is that it is not just the mothers quality of life is it though
i believe there is a great deal of misinformation surrounding the subject, especially after the overturning of roe vs wade in america
antoniazzi - …suffer serious health problems or even death because they were too afraid to seek medical help
why are you inviting on encouraging the barefaced murder of children
