Titrations let you work out neutralisation quantities
Work out how much acid is needed to neutralise a quantity of alkali.

When talking the reading from the burette take it from the bottom of the meniscus.
Indicators show you when the reaction’s just finished
They change colour when neutralised.
Methyl orange - yellow to red
Phenolphthalein - pink to colourless
In a solution the concentration is measured in mol dm-3
