My role in Chance UK role is excellent for safeguarding and Regulation 5 style answers. Managing a busy caseload of 26 families, keeping up-to-date professional records for use by social services and other agencies, is directly relevant to thresholds, escalation, plans, accountability and not losing the child in the system.

That taught me the importance of clear recording, professional curiosity, and making sure concerns are not just noted but followed through.
