Allen's Cognitive Level 1

Allen's Cognitive Level 2
Postural actions; severely impaired global cognition with awareness limited to postural actions, requiring maximum assistance.
Allen's Cognitive Level 3
Manual actions; global cognition is severely impaired, with spontaneous manual actions in response to tactile cues, needing moderate assistance.
Allen's Cognitive Level 4
Goal-directed activity; moderately impaired global cognition with awareness of cause-and-effect relationships, needing minimum assistance.
Allen's Cognitive Level 5
Independent learning activities; mild cognitive impairment allowing for new learning through trial-and-error, needing standby assistance.
Allen's Cognitive Level 6
