Requisition
Approved request from a department to HR to fill a replacement or a newly created position.
Job Description
Written description of duties, responsibilities, required experience, and qualifications for a position.
Partnership with HR
Collaboration between department managers and HR to determine staffing needs, select recruiting channels, and finalize the job description.
Reference Checking
Centralized HR function handling all reference checks and responses; information must be verifiable in the personnel file.
Defamation
