2 oz blanco tequila, 2 oz grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz lime juice, topped with Club Soda

Garnish with grapefruit or lime wedge

Tequila —> Juice —> Lime Juice —> Ice —> Soda

Ranch Water

2 oz blanco tequila, 0.5–1 oz lime juice, topped with Topo Chico

Garnish: Lime wedge

Tequila Sunrise

2 oz reposado tequila, 4 oz orange juice, 0.5 oz grenadine

Garnish: Orange slice + cherry

Cha Cha Old Fashioned

• 2 oz añejo tequila, 2 muddles sugar cubes, 4 dashes orange bitters, squeeze orange peel

• Garnish: Orange peel

Method: Put bitters over sugar cubes, muddle, pour in bourbon squeeze orange peel and put in ice

Cha Cha Manhattan

5/2 Ratio Anejo Tequila to 2 parts Vermouth, 2-3 dashes of bitters
- Garnish: Fancy Cherries

Method: Put into mixer, stir, strain into coupe

Spicy Mule

2oz mexcal 0.75oz lime juice, 4-6oz ginger beer, Jalepeno syrup
Garnish: Lime wedge and jalapeno

Method: mezcal, lime juice, syrup, gingerbeer, ice

CMA Negroni

1.5 oz mezcal, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 1 oz aperol
Garnish: orange slice or peel
