Value Proposition
The promise of value to be delivered to the customer, which defines how a product or service benefits the consumer.
Target Audience
A specific group of consumers at which a company aims its products and services.
Social Media Marketing
The use of social media platforms to promote a product or service.
POE (Paid, Owned, Earned) Media
A framework in marketing that categorizes media types based on costs and control.
Influencer Marketing
A type of marketing that focuses on using key leaders to drive a brand’s message to the larger market.
Affiliate Marketing
A performance-based marketing strategy where a brand rewards outside partners for generating traffic or sales through the partner's marketing efforts.
Email Marketing
The act of sending a commercial message, typically to a group of people, using email.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
The process of optimizing a website to rank higher in search engine results.
Marketing Funnel
A model that illustrates the theoretical customer journey from the initial awareness of a product to the purchase decision.
Customer Journey
The complete sum of experiences that customers go through when interacting with a company and its offerings.
Discount Strategy
A pricing strategy that promotes sales by offering reductions in price to encourage purchases.

A form of advertising that uses physical mail to communicate with consumers.
Consumer Behavior
The study of individuals and groups and the processes they use to select, secure, use, and dispose of products, services, experiences, or ideas.
