“HOW DO YOU GET LEADS? HOW DO YOU FIND CLIENTS?”

We don't find customers the traditional way. We don't call people or knock on doors. Also, it's not a get-rich-quick scheme where customers are waiting for you to arrive. You will have to work, but we have 15-20 proven systems to attract new clients. We'll teach you exactly what to do and say. Initial work is the start and eventually, most of our business comes from referrals. I haven't had to actively look for a client in years; they're simply referred to me. “HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING PROGRAM?”

You'll do all four parts of the training program at the same time. The online course and shadowing are usually done in the first two weeks. The Zoom classes and mentorship keep going! We really believe in always learning because the industry is always changing.

“DO I NEED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING?”

Simply put, you only pay for your license. It's your license, from your state. That means if this job isn't a good fit, you can use that license to work somewhere else. Getting the license costs about $155. But good news! We have a program to pay you back for your license. Once you get your first promotion (most people do in the first 1-3 months), we'll cover the cost. All other training is free.
