what is co-dominanace ?

alleles are co-dominanat if they're both expressed in the phenotype of heterozygous

How is codominance represented ?

by two capuital letter superscripts to the letter representing the gene

e.g. C^w C^r (like C² but instead of 2, there's another letter)

examples of codominance

C^r C^r = red

C^r C^w = pink

C^w C^w = white

what is epistasis ?

occurs when the allele of one gene affects or masks the expression of another phenotype
