Autonomy

Management

Delegation
Assigning tasks to others while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Right task, right circumstance, right person, right direction/communication, right supervision/evaluation.

Teach-back Method
Asking the client to repeat instructions in their own words to confirm understanding.
