Step One (PNS)

Sensory receptors stimulate sensory neurons in response to a stimuli (ex. heat, pressure, smell)

Step Two (PNS)

Sensory neurons receive info from receptors, occuring in/on dendrites

Step Three (CNS)

Interneurons connect sensory neurons to motor neurons and integrates the info

Step Four (CNS)

motor neurons send the signal to the muscle

Step Five

The muscle contracts in response to the signal
