Establishes the Executive Branch
Cabinet
Advisory council for the president consisting of the heads of the executive departments, the vice president, and a few other officials selected by the president.
Critiques of the Executive Branch
1. Overreach - president can exceed constitutional authority with executive orders.
2. No accountability - Congress does not hold the president accountable for helping to make policy (laws).
3. Imperial - with such expansive domestic and foreign powers, the president can evade the idea of limited government.
Qualifications of the President
35 years old, natural born citizen, resided in the U.S. for 14 consecutive years
