Polygon
A closed shape with straight sides.
Examples include triangles, squares, and hexagons.
Triangle
A polygon with three sides.
There are different types of triangles: equilateral, isosceles, and scalene.
Equilateral Triangle
A triangle with three equal sides and three equal angles, each measuring 60 degrees.
Isosceles Triangle
A triangle that has two equal sides and two equal angles.
Scalene Triangle
A triangle with three sides of different lengths and three different angles.
Quadrilateral
A polygon with four sides and four angles.

Square

Parallelogram

Hexagon

Regular Polygon
A polygon with all sides and all angles equal.
For example, a regular pentagon has 5 equal sides and 5 equal angles.
Octagon
A polygon with eight sides and eight angles.
Trapezoid
A quadrilateral with at least one pair of parallel sides.
Right Triangle
A triangle with one right angle (90 degrees).
Acute Triangle
A triangle where all angles are less than 90 degrees.
Obtuse Triangle
A triangle where one angle is greater than 90 degrees.
