11th Amendment (extra)
Suits Against States: Clarifies that federal courts do not have jurisdiction over cases where a citizen of one state sues another state.
12th Amendment
Election of President/VP: Requires separate ballots for President and Vice President in the Electoral College (fixing the "tie" issue from the 1800 election).
13th Amendment
Abolition of Slavery: Formally abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime.
