method: find someone in position of authority (bus driver, flight attendant, security guard, teacher, store manager) and ask for help
check in with person being harassed; ask them if they want you to call police

use phone to record but do not post
check local laws on recording in public
tips: safe distance, film street signs/landmarks, say day and time

after incident is over, check in with person who was harassed, acknowledging that they were harmed
methods: “can i sit with you?/accompany you somewhere? what do you need?”

outdoor voice, completely ignore them and tend to victim
assess your safety first, speak up about harassment, firm and clear
method: ask person being harassed “are you ok? should i get help? should we get out of here?”
