The use of propaganda to elevate a political leader to a God-like status. A central characteristic of Soviet and Fascist ideology.
Racial anti seminism:
The definition of Jewish people as a race rather than a group of people defined by religious beliefs. A product of Social Darwinism and a central facet of Nazi ideology.
european union:
A group of Western and Central European countries that operates as a cohesive economic and political block. Founded by the Maastricht Treaty in 1992, its predecessor was the European Economic Community. It was conceived of as a way to prevent the type of international tensions that led to WWI and WWII.
fascism:
is an extreme form of nationalism. It is totalitarian, demands the absolute obedience and allegiance of all its citizens, and excludes people from citizenship based on race and ethnicity. It is sometimes called “integral nationalism.”
Russian chaos doctrine:
The Russian international relations doctrine that emerged after the reelection of Vladimir Putin as Russian president in 2012. It aims at the political destabilization of Russia’s international competitors through social media and political subterfuge.

The 2005 controversy provoked by the publication in a Danish newspaper of anti-Islamic cartoons depicting the prophet Muhammed. Such depictions are blasphemous to Muslims.
social Darwinism:
A pseudo-scientific theory that falsely equates nation states to biological organisms (the “organic state”) and argues that nation states have to engage in imperialism, and ultimately in wars, in order to survive. It emphasizes racial theories to justify imperialism.
