What is the key difference between a Prokaryote and a Eukaryote?
Prokaryotes lack a nucleus and other membrane-bound organelles; Eukaryotes possess these structures.
What are the 2 Prokaryotic Domains? How are they different?
Archaea and Bacteria. Archaea can live in extreme environments and have different cell wall compositions than Bacteria.
What are the 6 kingdoms and how are the 4 eukaryotic kingdoms different?
Archaebacteria, Eubacteria, Protista, Fungi, Plantae, Animalia. The 4 eukaryotic kingdoms differ in their mode of nutrition, cell structure, and organization.
What does a phylogenetic tree show about organisms?
A phylogenetic tree shows the evolutionary relationships among organisms.

Autotrophs produce their own food; heterotrophs obtain nutrients by consuming other organisms.
