Burden of Disease
The impact of various diseases and conditions on a population, measured by mortality and morbidity.
Communicable diseases
Diseases that are spread from one person to another, including infections like TB and HIV.
Non-communicable diseases (NCDs)
Diseases not spread from person to person, including conditions like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
HIV/AIDS

A disease characterized by high blood glucose levels, often resulting from insulin resistance or insufficient insulin production.

MDR TB
Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis, a form of TB that is resistant to at least isoniazid and rifampicin.
