What is the Diagnostic Confusion between PC-R and the Psychopathy in the DSM-5

As the diagnostics thresholds for the DSM-5 are easier to reach compared to the PC-R, but the PC-R matches the public perception of Psychopath. There can be confusion with real consequences, as someone can be labelled a psychopath accord to the DSM-5 but the expectations for treatment is actually those who have filfulled diagnositc creteria for the PC-R.
