Attendance
Classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction must be completed in not less than 30 days and not more than 150 days.
Missed Drive Fee
Students arriving late for a drive will incur a $75 missed drive fee.
Behavior
Students can be dismissed without a refund for misbehavior or violations.
Behind-the-Wheel (BTW) Training
One to three students train with an instructor in the instructional vehicle.
Driver-Zed Program
A DOL-approved program involving 4 hours of computer simulation for hazard awareness.
DSS
Online scheduling and database program for managing class schedules and drives.
Fees
$75 fee for no-shows without 24 hours notice or coming unprepared for a drive.
Graphic Content
Course includes graphic video content intended to teach respect for driving dangers.
Intermediate License Regulations
Restrictions for new drivers include passenger limits and prohibited driving hours.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available through the first class; no refunds afterward.
Scheduling Drives
Drives must be scheduled after the first class and are available 7 days a week.
Parent Night
Parents are invited to the first hour of class to learn about the program.
Organ Donor Program
Information about being an organ donor is included as part of the course.
Practice Requirement
Students should complete basic driving skills and practice driving at home.
Course Completion
Successful completion of all tests and activities leads to an electronic completion certificate.
Video Surveillance
Instructional vehicles are equipped with cameras for safety and training purposes.
