Wood Element
Associated with Spring, Green color, East direction, Wind climate, Liver (Yin organ), Gallbladder (Yang organ), Tendon body tissue, Eyes sense organ, Anger emotion, and Sour taste.
Fire Element
Associated with Summer, Red color, South direction, Heat climate, Heart & Pericardium (Yin organs), Small Intestine & Triple Energiser (Yang organs), Blood body tissue, Tongue sense organ, Joy & Shock emotions, and Bitter taste.
Earth Element
Associated with Late Summer, Yellow color, Centre direction, Dampness climate, Spleen (Yin organ), Stomach (Yang organ), Flesh body tissue, Mouth sense organ, Reminiscence emotion, and Sweet taste.
Metal Element
Associated with Autumn, White color, West direction, Dryness climate, Lung (Yin organ), Large Intestine (Yang organ), Skin body tissue, Nose sense organ, Grief & Sadness emotions, and Pungent taste.
Water Element
Associated with Winter, Blue/Black color, North direction, Cold climate, Kidney (Yin organ), Bladder (Yang organ), Bones body tissue, Ears sense organ, Fear emotion, and Salty taste.
Zang (Yin organs)
The five internal organs in Traditional Chinese Medicine: Liver, Heart & Pericardium, Spleen, Lung, and Kidney.
Fu (Yang organs)
The five external organs in Traditional Chinese Medicine: Gallbladder, Small Intestine & Triple Energiser, Stomach, Large Intestine, and Bladder.
Spiritual Storehouse
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it includes Hun (Soul), Shen (Spirit), I/Yi (Ideas & Thoughts), Po (Instinct & Animal Spirit), and Zhi (Will).
