What is negative feedback?
When the body responds to an increase or decrease in a factor by returning it back to its original level.

Thyroxine.
Where is thyroxine released from?

What stimulates the release of thyroxine?
Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH).
How is thyroxine controlled by negative feedback?
When thyroxine levels increase, receptors in the brain detect it, which inhibits TSH release, reducing thyroxine levels.
